Job summary

Advantest Test Solutions, Inc in Lake Forest, CA is seeking a Customer Program Manager to ensure customer success with ATS products and services, building strategic partnerships and managing multi-disciplinary teams.

The CPM will coordinate ATS, Advantest and third-party resources, define program requirements, budgets, milestones, and drive on-time delivery, cost control, and technical excellence while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (Master’s preferred).
• 10+ years in Capital Equipment for semiconductor industry with customer exposure.
• Experience with multi-disciplinary programs and subcontract management.
• PM certification (PMP) preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as key customer contact on contract performance and support.
• Define program requirements, budgets, milestones and master schedules for program implementation and maintenance.
• Provide leadership to cross-functional teams supporting customer program requirements.
• Direct ATS resources to deploy and operate semiconductor test equipment/tools and product applications with customers’ manufacturing partners.
• Conduct and facilitate program reviews to assess cost, delivery performance and technical goals; present status to senior management.
