Qualifications

• 20+ years experience with or in the DoD.
• Eligibility for access to classified information at Secret/Top Secret level or higher.
• Degree in geography or chemistry with a master's or higher.

Responsibilities

• Conduct business development by identifying potential sponsor needs.
• Identify future sponsors to integrate with existing research efforts.
• Work with researchers to communicate key capabilities and expertise externally.
• Manage project portfolios for research groups.
