Responsibilities

• Partner with sales and order management to ensure accurate quotes and on-time product shipments.
• Define targets for design, quality, manufacturing, shipping, and operations; measure progress.
• Lead data integrity for install base; ensure accurate ship dates and serial/model numbers.
• Oversee deployment of FCN and FDS and ensure change orders are entered in CPQ and booked in EBS.
