Intuitive’s Digital organization seeks a seasoned Program Manager to deliver software product development and cloud infrastructure initiatives. This role demands balancing scope, schedule, budget, and regulatory compliance for complex, multi-workstream programs.

The ideal candidate combines deep program management fundamentals with the ability to influence across teams, plus strong communication skills for executive audiences.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of program & project management experience in regulated/medical devices.
• Hands-on development and commercialization of highly technical products.
• Experience with design controls under US/International regulations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Effectively manage cross-functional development programs across Intuitive’s Business units and shared services, including cloud and infrastructure initiatives.
• Help teams prioritize critical activities to drive progress.
• Coordinate with Infrastructure dependencies to manage status communication and cross-product dependencies.
• Perform risk analysis and develop contingency plans.
• Ensure requirements analysis, design, development, testing follow phase gates.
