Job summary

Amazon's Middle Mile is seeking a Sr. Program Manager to own cost optimization and pricing control for the Middle Mile Maintenance Program. You will partner with technical teams, manage stakeholders, and drive spend efficiency across the fleet.

This role requires autonomy, strategic thinking, and hands-on execution in a dynamic environment. Excellent written and verbal communication are essential to present complex results to senior leaders and influence decisions across the organization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
• Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own cost optimization and pricing control strategy for Amazon's Middle Mile Maintenance Program.
• Develop and execute cost optimization initiatives; manage pricing agreements with vendors.
• Drive spend efficiency across Amazon Middle Mile Fleet and navigate ambiguity with minimal guidance.
• Partner with technical teams and stakeholders; communicate results to senior leadership.
