Amazon is seeking a highly organized Program Manager for Middle Mile Fleet Management, Strategy and Process in Tennessee. You will own the cost optimization and pricing control strategy for the Middle Mile Maintenance Program, partnering with tech and business teams to drive efficiency and value.

The role requires leading data-driven initiatives, managing vendor pricing, and delivering results in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of program or project management experience.
• 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience.
• Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) and SQL skills.
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
• Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams.

Responsibilities

• Own cost optimization and pricing control strategy for Middle Mile Maintenance Program.
• Partner with technical and non-technical teams to drive spend efficiency across Middle Mile Fleet.
• Develop and execute data-driven cost optimization initiatives and pricing agreements with vendors.
