Job summary

H‑E‑B in Texas is seeking a Corporate Program Manager to provide strategic guidance and engage with stakeholders across engineering and product teams. You’ll organize and coordinate one or more programs, oversee progress, and ensure timely, high‑quality delivery that aligns with business goals.

Qualifications

5+ years in program or project management.
Experience leading cross-functional teams.
Ability to influence vision and strategy.
PM methods PMI-based and project governance experience.
Experience with program governance or contract management (preferred).

Responsibilities

Supports business strategy from ground zero; ensures solutions meet business needs.
Serves as owner of a single program or related programs; plans, budgets, staffs; tracks success metrics.
Collaborates with stakeholders to understand needs, develop strategy, objectives, and KPIs.
Maintains program processes, resolves issues, and ensures reporting standards.
Analyzes data to understand financial impact of needs and solutions.
Develops understanding of market trends and impact on processes.
Leads continuous improvement initiatives for assigned programs.
Prepares reports for stakeholders and sponsors; manages multiple priorities.
