Qualifications

• A related degree or comparable formal training, certification, or work experience.
• 5+ years of experience in project management.

Responsibilities

• Manages multiple concurrent projects.
• Leads defined projects following project management lifecycle; works independently with moderate oversight.
• Supports definition of project scope, schedule, deliverables, and outcomes.
• Develops work estimations.
• Ensures initial and lifecycle-long project documentation.
• Determines appropriate project deliverables (plans for communication, risk mitigation, resources, architecture, implementation, quality).
• Monitors project status; communicates expectations and status to team and stakeholders in a timely manner.
• Conducts risk analysis; maintains risk log; communicates risks and issues quickly.
• Ensures project budget, schedule, and performance objectives are met.
• Executes contracts related to technology and professional services.
• Facilitates working sessions with stakeholders; provides post-meeting summaries of key actions.
