Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare administration, clinical or related field; Master’s preferred.
• Three years of related business or healthcare administration experience; HM experience may count.
• Registered and/or certified professional in area of expertise preferred (if applicable).

Responsibilities

• Lead program meetings and drive decision-making with cross-functional teams.
• Coordinate program strategies with stakeholders, budgets, and timelines to meet departmental goals.
• Provide education and technical expertise related to program implementation and sustainability.
