Qualifications

• Three years of experience related to business or healthcare administration; may consider HM employee with two years of experience who demonstrates progressive responsibilities.
• Demonstrated initiative in managing projects and communication with stakeholders.
• Sufficient proficiency in speaking, reading and writing the English language; focus on patient/employee safety.

Responsibilities

• Lead program strategies with key stakeholders to ensure timelines, deliverables, and budgets are met.
• Act as primary resource and SME; liaison to councils and professional groups.
• Facilitate communication and present with authority to diverse audiences.
• Identify opportunities for department improvements in turnover, retention, and engagement.
• Collaborate across departments to drive strategic outcomes and patient experience improvements.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare administration, clinical or related field OR Master’s degree combined with HM Fellow
