Job summary

H-E-B is seeking a senior leader to guide a team of Construction Project Leaders, directing capital/non-capital projects across regions while aligning with corporate initiatives.

The role emphasizes mentoring, budget oversight, stakeholder engagement, and continuous improvement in cost reduction and schedules.

You will partner with internal and external teams to drive project planning, scheduling, and execution, ensuring adherence to standards and safety.

Qualifications

• Experience leading successful projects and mentoring teams.
• Background in architecture, engineering, construction/project management, or related field.
• PMP (Project Management Professional) certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Construction Project Leaders coordinating capital/non-capital and expense projects.
• Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Review program financials and identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency gains.
• Prepare reports for senior leadership on impact of decisions related to design, scheduling, expenses.
