Job summary

Modern Technology Solutions, Inc. (MTSI) seeks a Program Manager to support the 53d TEG EOU at Creech AFB, NV, guiding initial standup and ongoing experimental operations of the Air Force's first Collaborative Combat Aircraft unit.

The role focuses on cost, schedule, and performance across the portfolio, coordinating with USG, vendors, IPTs, and cross-functional teams to advance flight simulation, autonomy software, and related projects while reporting to leadership.

Qualifications

• 14+ years of experience in program management.
• 5+ years as PM or comparable position.
• Strong problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.

Responsibilities

• Advise on cost, schedule, and performance of projects in the portfolio.
• Develop and implement acquisition strategies and lead IPTs.
• Coordinate with US Government (USG) and air vehicle/mission autonomy vendors.
• Represent the unit with executive leadership and external partners.
• Generate and deliver experimentation reports and status briefings.
