Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 14 years’ experience
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Program Manager or comparable position
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
• Demonstrated leadership, customer interface, and organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with US Government and contractors to plan management and acquisition strategy within cost, schedule, and performance baselines.
• Generate plans, goals, and objectives aligned with policies and requirements.
• Advise unit leadership on significant actions and problems and recommend solutions.
• Plan, organize, direct, and coordinate activities of functional specialists (contracting, engineering, program control, data management, test, logistics).
• Establish milestones, expenditure rates, indicators, and reviews to reflect program status and enable early issue detection.
