Job summary

Modern Technology Solutions, Inc. (MTSI) seeks a Program Manager to support the 53d Test and Evaluation Group (TEG) EOU at Creech AFB, NV.

You will advise on cost, schedule, and performance of all projects in the portfolio and serve as the primary business advisor to the unit commander. The PM will lead geographically dispersed IPTs, develop acquisition strategies, assist in experimental operations for the Air Force’s first Collaborative Combat Aircraft (CCA) unit, and coordinate with engineers,

Qualifications

• Requires minimum 14 years of program management experience.
• At least 5 years in a PM role managing multi-disciplinary teams.
• Strong troubleshooting and leadership in fast-paced DoD environments.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage cost, schedule, and performance baselines for assigned programs.
• Develop acquisition strategies and lead IPTs with cross-functional team members.
• Coordinate with unit leadership, program office, and Air Force leadership on program status and requirements.
• Generate reports and data analyses to monitor program health and progress.
• Assist in planning, execution, and sustainment of simulation and software related to CCA flight operations.
