Modern Technology Solutions, Inc. (MTSI) seeks a Program Manager to support the 53d Test and Evaluation Group (TEG) Experimental Operations Unit (EOU) at Creech AFB, NV.

The role focuses on advising on cost, schedule, and performance for all projects in the portfolio, serving as the primary business advisor to the unit commander. The successful candidate will lead cross-functional IPTs, coordinate with government and vendors, develop acquisition strategies, and support experimentation and

Qualifications

• Minimum 14 years' experience in program management.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Program Manager or comparable position.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong ability to lead in a team environment and communicate with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and collaborate with US Government (USG) and vendors.
• Plan management and acquisition strategy within cost, schedule, and performance baselines.
• Generate plans, goals, and objectives aligned with policies and requirements.
• Advise unit leadership of significant actions or problems and recommend solutions.
• Lead cross-functional IPTs including engineers, operators, maintainers, and analysts.
• Establish milestones, expenditure tracking, and reviews to reflect program status.
• Represent the organization at executive levels and deliver status presentations.
