Job summary

Monte Rosa Therapeutics, Inc is seeking an experienced Program and Alliance Manager with research and early clinical development experience in biotech to oversee internal and partnered programs.

You will manage cross-functional teams, develop Integrated Development Plans, monitor milestones and budgets, and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely, compliant progress.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in biological sciences required.
• 6+ years in biotech/pharma industry.
• Experience managing cross-functional projects and alliances from discovery to early clinical development.
• IND preparation experience is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and delivery of Integrated Development Plans for assigned projects.
• Actively manage and monitor progress of programs to ensure timely milestones.
• Identify critical path activities and optimize execution while preserving quality.
• Monitor issues through to resolution and inform stakeholders of outcomes.
• Direct communications with internal stakeholders and external partners regarding plans and data requirements.
• Establish relationships with external alliances counterparts to plan joint meetings and ensure contractual obligations.
• Facilitate alliance team meetings with agendas and action logs.
• Manage cross-functional program timelines, deliverables, risk registers, and dashboards.
• Escalate issues as needed and enable governance decision-making.
• Partner with teams and finance to develop and manage budgets.
