• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering, science, or business field.
• Active Secret clearance with SAP/SAR eligibility; Top Secret eligible.

Responsibilities

• Investigate, analyze, plan, design, develop, implement or evaluate solutions for program efforts.
• Track actions, manage taskers, and support oversight boards to maintain cadence.
• Lead cross-functional teams and mentor staff to drive program success.
• Provide strategic planning, budget oversight, and governance compliance.
• Identify risks, mitigate issues, and track KPIs for program performance.
