Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of Systems Engineering experience in defense, aerospace, intelligence, or national security programs.
• TS with SCI eligibility and ability to maintain clearance.
• Experience as technical lead/IPT lead or chief engineer.
• MBSE expertise and SysML modeling experience.
• Knowledge of architecture frameworks, requirements management, interface management, and system integration.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Systems Engineering IPT supporting the Resolute Sentry Program.
• Coordinate systems engineering activities across requirements, architecture, design, integration, verification, validation, and transition.
• Develop and maintain MBSE artifacts using SysML and related tools.
• Manage system requirements development, allocation, traceability, and change control processes.
• Facilitate technical reviews including SRR, PDR, CDR, TRR, and verification activities.
• Collaborate with government stakeholders, program management, software engineering, cybersecurity, test, and operations teams.
• Ensure compliance with customer requirements, digital engineering standards, and DoD guidance.
• Support risk management, technical planning, and engineering decision-making.
