This role sits between technology builders and client-facing teams, reporting to SVP of Applied Innovation. You will drive adoption, prepare users for releases, and translate complex capabilities into practical guidance.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years in tech adoption, operations, or go-to-market roles.
• Experience in Market Research, Insights, or related field preferred.
• Able to translate complex tech into practical guidance.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Bridge between AI/tool teams and sales, delivery, and users.
• Plan and coordinate rollouts of survey programming and hosting enhancements.
• Translate AI capabilities into practical guidance for users.
• Prepare teams for each release with guidance, problems solved, and opportunities.
• Create client-facing instructions and collateral with Marketing.
• Capture feedback and turn it into clear requirements and priorities.
