Job summary

DZYNE Technologies LLC. is seeking a Senior Program Manager for our Irvine, CA location. You will lead programs across the lifecycle from concept through manufacturing, coordinating with engineering, operations, and clients to meet schedule, technical, and budget objectives.

The role requires extensive aerospace/defense program management experience, strong EVM and forecasting skills, and the ability to work in a matrix organization. On-site personnel and travel up to 15% are expected.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of program management experience in aerospace/defense.
• 10+ years as Senior Program Manager overseeing program execution.
• Experience with Earned Value Management and project controls.

Responsibilities

• Prepare program execution plans, schedules, and budgets from concept to delivery.
• Manage supplier change orders and material costs.
• Interface with clients and staff to ensure alignment and satisfaction.
• Lead proposal development and financing/forecast activities.
• Transition development programs into rate production with product teams.
