Qualifications

• Minimum 15+ years in the industry with at least 10+ years as a Senior Program Manager.
• Strong design discipline background and aerospace/defense program leadership.
• Experience managing programs from concept to manufacturing and delivery.
• Experience interfacing with clients and staff, and leading matrixed teams.

Responsibilities

• Prepare execution plans, schedules, and budgets across all program phases.
• Direct engineering activities and manage supplier changes and costs.
• Interface with clients and internal teams to align on objectives.
• Develop Master Phasing Schedules, staffing plans, and WBS.
• Present monthly technical and financial reports, including EVM metrics.
