Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in STEM, Business Management, or equivalent.
• 10+ years in project execution for design, development, manufacturing or operations.
• Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams in defense or aerospace.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.
• Pro-active problem solving and coordination across programs.

Responsibilities

• Maintain project timelines, budgets, and deliverables with PM and engineering teams.
• Documentation and communication of project health to stakeholders.
• Schedule and lead technical meetings and design reviews.
• Analyze technical data to inform project decisions.
• Coordinate with customers and subcontractors; manage subcontracts.
