Qualifications

• 6–9 years of consulting or technology transformation experience.
• Experience leading client-facing engagements in digital transformation, cloud strategy, or technology modernization.
• Demonstrated experience coaching or developing consultants and crossfunctional team members.
• Strong understanding of enterprise technologies including cloud, data, and AI platforms.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead client-facing workstreams across transformation initiatives, cloud strategy, and modernization.
• Develop maturity assessments, transformation roadmaps, business cases, and operating models.
• Coach and develop consulting talent, manage staffing, and oversee performance.
• Oversee engagement execution, milestones, deliverables, risks, and stakeholder communication.
• Collaborate with advisory, cloud, data & AI, managed services, and design teams.
• Support proposals, solution shaping, and client presentations.
