Job summary

Kestra Holdings is hiring a Program Manager to oversee multiple projects within the broker-dealer Advisor Platform. You will coordinate sponsors, teams and stakeholders to ensure timely and high-quality deliverables, tracking timelines, risks and issues.

You will partner with business and technical sponsors to align with strategic goals, deliver readiness plans, and support organizational change communications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• 5+ years of project management experience, including project plans and issue logs.
• Experience with software development projects.
• Familiarity with Smartsheet, JIRA, and Confluence.
• Exposure to CRM systems such as WealthBox or Redtail is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage all project constraints with focus on scope, time, risk, and change.
• Develop project plans using standard tools.
• Manage multiple project teams in a matrix environment.
• Coordinate project meetings, scheduling, risks, and delivery.
• Provide regular project communications up to executive level.
