Kestra Financial, Inc. is seeking a Manager of Advisor Platform in Austin, TX.

The role leads a team of Product Owners and Business Analysts to own end-to-end data products, aligning solutions with business priorities and maximizing adoption across the organization. You will build business cases, guide requirements, and partner with technology teams to drive capabilities in advisor platforms and data integration.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree from a four-year college.
• 3–5 years relevant experience; financial services and/or operations analysis preferred.
• Agile Product Management and backlog prioritization experience.
• Requirements gathering and user story development experience.
• Knowledge of API and data integration concepts; familiarity with UX tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise priorities, workload, and deliverables of Business Analysts and Product Owners.
• Provide guidance in requirements approach and problem statement formation.
• Facilitate requirements gathering sessions and workshops.
• Balance technology and business issues; communicate with tech and business teams.

The Manager of Advisor Platform leads a team that supports the Advisor Platform and develops platform roadmap. Lead a team of Product Owners that serve as the voice of the customer and owns the end-to-end lifecycle of data products, ensuring solutions align with business priorities, deliver measurable value, and maximize adoption across the organization. This role is also responsible for business process models and requirements documentation for technology projects.

What you’ll Do:

• Manage and supervise the priorities, workload capacity, and deliverables of Business Analysts and Product Owners.
• Provide guidance or direction in requirements approach and in problem statement formation.
• Facilitate group meetings such as requirements gathering sessions and workshops.
• Balance technology and business issues and communicate appropriately with both technology and business experts.
• Develop, define, and build business cases that will enable business and technology change.
• Recommend technology solutions to improve business decision-making with a focus on core systems, technology strategies, and standards.
• Act as a liaison and participate in defining technology solutions to solve complex, multidisciplinary business problems with long-term implications.

• Undergraduate degree from a four-year accredited college or university.
• A minimum of 3 – 5 years relevant experience; financial services and/or operations analysis experience preferred.
