Job summary

Kestra Holdings is hiring a Tech Advisor Platform Management - Business Analyst in Tempe, AZ. You will conduct analysis to develop sound business requirements, process models, and documentation, partnering with program managers, product owners, and leadership across the SDLC.

You will elicit problems, document requirements, and translate them into technical specs while balancing technology and business concerns. Growth, training, and impact await.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of IT-related experience demonstrated through progressive roles in IT business analysis.
• Bachelor's degree in technology or business.
• Experience with Confluence, JIRA, Azure DevOps.
• Knowledge of product/tech life cycles and information systems implementation.
• IT experience in financial services is a plus.
• Experience with databases and data structures.

Responsibilities

• Elicit and refine problem statements from business stakeholders.
• Document business and technology requirements as BRDs, user stories, and process models.
• Support the technology roadmap and strategic initiatives with analysis artifacts.
• Create documentation throughout the analysis process.
• Communicate between technology and business teams effectively.
• Collaborate with Program Managers, Product Owners, SMEs, and Leadership across the SDLC.
• Translate requirements into technical specifications.
• Recommend technology solutions to improve decision-making.
