Accelleron is seeking a production worker in Bolingbrook, IL. You will follow safe work instructions, operate hand tools and heavy equipment, and perform routine maintenance on production lines.

The role emphasizes teamwork and problem solving, with opportunities to collaborate across functions and participate in training programs to improve processes.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years in a production environment.
• Knowledge of turbochargers is a plus.
• Background in engines or similar mechanical systems is a plus.
• Experience with remanufacturing is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Follow working instructions and company OHS policy.
• Use hand tools, oxygen/acetylene torch, overhead crane and pneumatic/hydraulic tools.
• Troubleshoot issues with abrasive media blasting cabinets and cleaning machines.
• Perform preventative maintenance for production equipment.
• Maintain a clean and proper working environment.
• Participate in division and local training programs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes.
