Job summary

General Dynamics Ordnance and Tactical Systems in Scranton, PA seeks an experienced Program Manager to plan, monitor and lead internal programs from initiation to completion. You will coordinate resources, staffing, and progress reporting while guiding cross-functional teams to meet schedules, budgets, and quality standards.

This role includes people management responsibilities and direct reporting to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree and 10-12 years' experience OR Equivalent Combination of Relevant Education &/or Experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Responsibilities

• Plan, monitor and manage internal programs from initiation through completion.
• Lead or coordinate programs, resourcing, staffing, progress reporting, troubleshooting and indirect people management.
• Monitor performance and recommend schedule changes, cost adjustments or resource additions.
• Direct and oversee program processes, policies and staff; work with other leaders to define and develop projects.
