Job summary

General Dynamics Ordnance and Tactical Systems (OTS) is seeking a Programs Senior Manager in Marion, IL to plan, monitor and manage internal programs from initiation through completion. You will lead or coordinate programs, resourcing, staffing, progress reporting and indirect people management while liaising with functional departments to meet milestones.

Essential requirements include an Associate's Degree with 8–10 years of experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree and 8-10 years' experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Plan, monitor and manage internal programs from initiation through completion.
• Lead or coordinate programs, staffing, progress reporting, and resource management.
• Provide reports to senior management and ensure milestones and standards are met.
