Qualifications

• Associate's Degree with 10–12 years' experience or equivalent combination.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Directs manufacturing operations and management teams for plants and locations.
• Incorporates the organizational strategy and plans for operational safety, regulatory compliance, quality assurance, and cost control policies and programs in manufacturing processes.
• Monitors production metrics and recommends process improvements, new technologies, and methods to maximize operational efficiency.
• Drives workforce planning activities and approves/allocates resources based on business priorities.
• Implements long-term plans for facilities, equipment, materials, technology, and workforce resources to maintain manufacturing capacity and processes.
• Leads and directs the work of other managers and has responsibility for personnel actions including hiring, performance management, and termination with concurrence from HR & General Managers
