Job summary

Slalom Build is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead a centralized program command center in a hybrid role with 1-2 days onsite in Sacramento. You will coordinate large-scale transformation initiatives, facilitate cross-functional collaboration, and deliver real-time dashboards and executive reports.

The role requires 5+ years in program management or transformation, strong facilitation, and excellent written and verbal communication.

Qualifications

5+ years of Program Management or Transformation in complex environments.
Proven ability to coordinate large-scale, multi-stakeholder initiatives.
Experience driving operational excellence and process improvement.
Strong facilitation and executive communication skills.
Experience creating dashboards, reports, and visual management tools.
Ability to translate ambiguity into structured plans and outcomes.

Responsibilities

Stand up and manage a centralized program command center for alignment and execution across workstreams.
Coordinate planning, readiness, and execution of large-scale transformation initiatives.
Facilitate collaboration across cross-functional teams and leadership.
Develop dashboards and reporting for real-time program health and milestones.
Lead meetings, document decisions, and track action items.
Create executive-ready status reports summarizing progress and risks.
Support problem-solving and future-state design activities.
Drive change management and governance artifacts for consistency.
