Job summary

Jacobs is seeking a Program Manager to support the delivery of major capital infrastructure programs. Qualifications

• Significant experience in managing capital projects/programs, including $500M+ programs.
• Ability to lead diverse, high-performance teams.
• Experience in stakeholder engagement, including client-facing roles and multi‑company environments.
• Solid understanding of program management disciplines: cost, schedule, procurement, risk, change, and design management.

Responsibilities

• Support Program Directors in delivering complex infrastructure programs, aligning with client goals and Jacobs' sustainability values.
• Lead implementation of program management functions including controls, commercial oversight, design coordination, risk and stakeholder management.
• Manage day-to-day operations of assigned programs, ensuring technical performance, schedule adherence, and budget control.
• Collaborate with internal teams and supply chain partners to foster high-performing, agile delivery environments.
• Contribute to business development by identifying opportunities, supporting proposal development, and building client relationships.
• Assist in developing execution plans and innovative delivery approaches for complex capital programs.
• Promote a culture of safety, inclusion, and continuous improvement across all program activities.
