Job summary

Jacobs is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead large capital programs, aligning with client goals and Jacobs’ sustainability values across Americas West. You will drive controls, cost, schedule, risk, and design coordination while guiding diverse, multi-company teams.

In this role you’ll collaborate with internal teams and suppliers, pursue new business opportunities, and promote a culture of safety, inclusion, and continuous improvement through hybrid working arrangements.

  • Support Program Directors in delivery of complex infrastructure programs.
  • Lead program management functions including controls, commercial oversight, design coordination, risk and stakeholder management.
  • Manage day-to-day operations of assigned programs, ensuring technical performance, schedule adherence, and budget control.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and supply chain partners to deliver high-performing, agile delivery environments.
  • Contribute to business development by identifying opportunities and supporting proposals.
  • Assist in developing execution plans and innovative delivery approaches.
  • Promote a culture of safety, inclusion, and continuous improvement.

Here’s what you’ll do

Here’s what you’ll need
  • Significant experience in managing capital projects/programs, including programs valued at $500M+.
  • Proven ability to lead diverse teams and foster a collaborative, high-performance culture.
  • Demonstrated experience in stakeholder engagement, including client-facing roles and multi-company environments.
  • Solid understanding of program management disciplines cost, schedule, procurement, risk, change, and design management.
  • Experience working in matrixed organizations and contributing to regional growth strategies.

The base salary range for this position is $196,200.00 to $300,000.00. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
