Job summary

Novartis in East Hanover, NJ seeks an Associate Director, US Strategy to serve as the core strategy project manager and analytical lead for US Business Strategy, converting ambiguous business questions into structured workstreams, fact bases, insights, and executive-ready outputs.

You will own workstream management, analysis design, stakeholder input gathering, synthesis, presentation development, and action tracking for assigned projects, with travel up to 20% and no relocation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• 5+ years of consulting, corporate strategy, or related experience.
• Strong structured thinking and analytical skills; proficient with PowerPoint and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Structure workstreams, analyses, interviews, workshops, and deliverables for US Business Strategy projects.
• Coordinate functional strategy inputs and validate alignment with US commercial priorities.
• Synthesize market, customer, competitor, policy, and financial inputs into clear strategic choices.
• Prepare LT-ready recommendations, options, and trade-offs.
• Manage stakeholder follow-ups, risks, and action tracking; drive execution through ownership.
