• Leadership of multiple strategic initiatives with senior stakeholders in a matrix environment.
• Strong portfolio leadership, facilitation, and focus on business impact.

Responsibilities

• Define the US Strategic Projects operating model, intake standards, staffing, cadence, gates, and quality.
• Select and mobilize priority projects with sponsors and clear problem statements and outcomes.
• Lead the portfolio, manage throughput, risks, dependencies, and escalations with leadership.
• Guide teams through ambiguous, high-stakes work with data-backed recommendations and alignment.
• Ensure outputs become implementation-ready roadmaps with KPIs and governance handoffs.
• Build internal strategy capability and reduce reliance on external consultants.
