Job summary

U.S. Pacific Fleet seeks a senior program analyst to lead exploration of concepts of operation, force generation, posture, and integration of future surface force platforms and capabilities.

You will support IAMD, SUW, ASW, and Amphibious Warfare assessments and lead Surface Ship Defense System capability development with innovative operational concepts. You will develop future warfighting concepts for weapons systems, produce well-researched position papers and briefings, and serve as the lead

Qualifications

• Experience managing, developing, and integrating analytical techniques to identify problems and recommend corrective actions for programs supporting Ship Self-Defense System (SSDS) or related Integrated Air and Missile Defense (IAMD) capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead organizational efforts to explore concepts of operation, force generation, force posture, sustainment, and integration of future force platforms and capabilities.
• Provide direct support to assessments of IAMD, SUW, ASW, and Amphibious Warfare mission areas.
• Serve as divisions lead for Surface Ship Defense System capability development and craft innovative operational concepts.
• Assist in developing future warfighting concepts informing weapons system development.
• Prepare well-researched position papers and briefings with recommendations to develop and execute a comprehensive surface force plan.
• Serve as the lead program analyst for future Integrated Combat Systems.
