Job summary

A defense and technology consulting firm is seeking a Senior Surface Warfare/IAMD Analyst in San Diego. You will support the Naval Surface and Mine Warfighting Development Center Team, enhancing warfighting readiness and tactical proficiency. Candidates must be qualified Surface Warfare Officers with at least 12 years of experience, possess or be able to obtain a Secret security clearance, and have a Bachelor’s degree. Qualifications

• Minimum of 12 years of experience as a Surface Warfare Officer.
• Qualifications as a Warfare Tactics Officer preferred.
• Experience with POM process in the acquisition community preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support performance analysis of surface ship tactical readiness.
• Contribute to warfare training enhancements.
• Enhance warfighting readiness and increase tactical proficiency of the Surface Force.

Skills

Surface Warfare Officer qualified

Warfare Tactics Officer qualification

Experience in acquisition community or Government's POM process

Experience with the Navy's FLEX program

Must be a U.S. citizen

Education

Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university
