The role operates at the intersection of Client, Product, Operations and Technology, guiding enterprise transformations for long-term growth and client outcomes.

Location is Boston and/or Quincy, with travel as needed. The role emphasizes governance, risk management and rapid adoption of standardized assets and services across a global client base.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Economics, Technology, Operations or a related discipline.
• 15+ years of progressive leadership in financial services, asset servicing, fintech, transaction banking, investment operations or related.
• Significant leadership of global implementation, transformation, operating model or strategic delivery organizations.
• Demonstrated success managing executive client relationships and complex transformation programs.
• Deep expertise in transaction management, middle-office or investment operations, post-trade processing or asset servicing platforms.

Responsibilities

• Define the global product re-platforming, implementation and transformation strategy, aligning priorities with enterprise growth.
• Lead multi-year platform migration and service model redesign, data modernization and operating model improvements.
• Establish executive governance, oversee portfolio investment, risks and outcomes with transparent reporting.
• Improve processing efficiency, data quality and controls; advance automation and speed-to-market.
• Lead a global organization, foster a high-performance client-focused culture and develop future leaders.
