Citi is seeking a Program Management Lead in Getzville, NY, to drive strategic risk PMO initiatives within the Risk Management organization. The role requires strong domain knowledge, technical acumen, and leadership to coordinate complex projects across stakeholders.

Ideal candidates have 10–15 years of experience, advanced degrees in finance, and experience with PMO practices, AI/innovation initiatives, and cross-functional collaboration.

• 10–15 years of experience.
• Strong Risk Domain knowledge and key processes.
• Strong technical skills and understanding of systems and data.
• Innovation/AI and agile capabilities.
• Negotiation skills with external parties.

Responsabilités

• Manage a large multi-faceted project or multiple projects aligned with Risk Management goals.
• Own project goals and inspire a shared purpose within the project team.
• Organize new challenges and drive business results.
• Create project plans using PMO methodology and deliver within budget.
• Drive end results of the project as a representative of the business.
• Define project scope with Risk and Technology stakeholders.
• Submit clear activity/progress and time reports.
• Assess and mitigate project risks.
• Track progress against goals and apply best practices.
• Identify and adapt approach to context and constraints of each project.
