Qualifications

• 12-18+ years of experience in technology delivery, program management, or portfolio management.
• Experience managing large application portfolios and strategic technology initiatives.
• Experience in financial management, governance, stakeholder management, and executive reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery across multiple programs, products, and application teams.
• Drive portfolio governance, delivery predictability, quality, and operational excellence.
• Own portfolio financial performance including budgeting, forecasting, utilization, and cost optimization.
• Build trusted relationships with business stakeholders, clients, and executive leadership.
• Manage risks, dependencies, escalations, compliance, and audit requirements.
• Lead and develop Delivery Managers, Program Managers, Scrum Masters, and technical leaders.
• Drive Agile, Lean, DevOps, automation, and AI-enabled transformation initiatives.
• Promote a culture of accountability, customer focus, innovation, and continuous improvement.
