Job summary

Amazon's Global Procurement Organization seeks a Senior Supply Chain Manager to drive strategic initiatives across procurement operations. You will lead complex, cross-functional projects to optimize processes, enhance efficiency, and build capabilities at scale within the GPO.

The role requires deep supply chain expertise and strong stakeholder influence across all organizational levels. You will architect scalable solutions, partner with Operations, Transportation, Procurement, Finance, Risk,

Qualifications

• 5+ years of program or project management experience.
• 5+ years of supply chain experience.
• Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
• Experience owning strategy, end-to-end delivery, and reporting to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex initiatives independently with minimal guidance, working both tactically and strategically across GPO operations at country, regional, and cross-regional levels.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Operations, Transportation, Procurement, Finance, Risk, Business Strategy, Technology, and Engineering to deliver business transformations from initiation through successful implementation.
• Create mechanisms and metrics to track performance, measure benefit realization, and drive continuous improvement across the organization.
• Analyze complex data using advanced Excel, SQL, and database tools to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for strategic improvement.
• Influence organizational goals by working across multiple stakeholder teams, functions, and leaders, extending influence across teams.
• Lead process improvements by proposing network-wide solutions that improve and drive operational excellence best practices.
• Provide strategic direction and serve as escalation point for complex challenges, finding paths forward in difficult situations.
