Job summary

Amazon's Global Procurement Organization seeks a Senior Supply Chain Manager to drive strategic initiatives across procurement operations. This role leads cross-functional projects, building capabilities at scale and delivering measurable improvements across programs.

You will analyze data, influence senior leaders, and guide end-to-end transformations in a fast-paced environment. Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in program management and supply chain, with strong data skills and a proven track

Qualifications

• 5+ years of program or project management experience.
• 5+ years of supply chain experience.
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
• Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.
• 2+ years of driving process improvements experience.
• Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex initiatives independently with minimal guidance, working both tactically and strategically across GPO operations at country, regional, and cross-regional levels.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Operations, Transportation, Procurement, Finance, Risk, Business Strategy, Technology, and Engineering to deliver business transformations from initiation through successful implementation.
• Create mechanisms and metrics to track performance, measure benefit realization, and drive continuous improvement across the organization.
• Analyze complex data using advanced Excel, SQL, and database tools to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for strategic improvement.
• Influence organizational goals by working across multiple stakeholder teams, functions, and leaders, extending influence across teams.
• Lead process improvements by proposing network-wide solutions that improve and drive operational excellence best practices.
• Provide strategic direction and serve as escalation point for complex challenges, finding paths forward in difficult situations.
