Job summary

Schneider Electric in Nashville, TN is seeking a seasoned Program Manager to drive North America customer programs. You will lead multi‑unit initiatives, align sponsors, commercial and project teams, and ensure delivery against strategy.

You will coordinate governance, risk management, and cross‑functional execution, with a focus on visibility, process improvements, and scalable delivery in a dynamic, geographically dispersed environment. PMP preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, Project Management, or related field.
• 8+ years of project/ program management, customer delivery, supply chain, or operations experience.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams across project delivery, order management, manufacturing, supply chain, logistics, or technical functions.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the NAM delivery coordination lead for a strategic customer account with clear ownership and alignment across stakeholders.
• Lead delivery governance routines, action tracking, escalation management, reporting cadence, and decision follow-up.
• Coordinate program-level visibility across PO intake, order readiness, manufacturing commitments, shipment readiness, logistics risks, milestones, and actions.
• Partner with project management, order entry, manufacturing, supply chain, logistics, deployment, technical, and commercial teams to resolve risks and support commitments.
• Proactively manage risks, issues, and escalations with clear ownership, due dates, actions, and updates.
