McBride Consulting is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead planning, execution, and sustainment of C2ISR, battle management, and air/missile defense programs for the Theatre Battle Control Division. Location is Hill AFB Ogden, UT, with full-time hours and engagement across DoD and industry partners.

The role requires strong program management expertise, DoD knowledge, and the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams to meet cost, schedule, and performance objectives.

Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship is required.
• Secret clearance required.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field with 25 years of DoD experience or 30 years directly related experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and sustainment of complex C2ISR and battle management programs.
• Coordinate with DoD and industry stakeholders to ensure delivery of capabilities.
• Oversee multi-disciplinary teams and ensure delivery of theater-level C2 requirements.
• Prepare program documentation, briefings, and plans for senior management.
• Support acquisition and sustainment reporting (DAES, MAR, etc.).
• Support program reviews, IMP/IMS reviews, and senior-level briefings.
• Develop schedules and status updates for program tasks and management reviews.
• Understand funding types, budgets, and the Central Asset Management (CAM) process.
