Job summary

Applied Research Solutions (ARS) is seeking a Program Integration Manager to support a $1B+ Cyber and Networks program. You will provide integration support across a complex organization, coordinating priorities with Division Leads and senior leadership to ensure effective execution.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of experience in program coordination, project management, or government operations, with US citizenship and an active Secret clearance.

Qualifications

• Must be a US Citizen
• 3+ years’ experience in business, government, or military
• Active Secret Security clearance will be required
• Management of complex organizations/diverse skill sets

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day program management and front-office support to senior program leadership and Division Leads.
• Coordinate activities, priorities, and actions across multiple divisions and functional organizations.
• Support Division Leads with planning, execution, task management, and organizational initiatives.
• Track and coordinate program actions, deliverables, milestones, and CDRL requirements.
• Develop, analyze, and present program performance information, metrics, financial data, and status reports.
• Support workforce planning, talent management, hiring, forecasting, and organizational staffing requirements.
• Coordinate subcontractor activities and support subcontract management.
• Identify opportunities to improve business processes, workflows, and organizational efficiency.
• Support the integration and adoption of emerging technologies, including AI-enabled tools and capabilities , where appropriate.
• Develop executive-level presentations, briefings, reports, and other management products.
• Support new business development and capture activities as needed.
• Work collaboratively across functional areas to identify issues, coordinate solutions, and drive actions to completion.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
