Job summary

OneZero Solutions, based in Alexandria, VA, is seeking a Program Financial Analyst to support a growing portfolio of task orders under an IDIQ contract. The role centers on profit and loss, financial analysis, subcontractor administration, and monthly reporting for leadership and the Government customer.

The ideal candidate brings government contract finance experience, staffing/level of effort modeling, funding burn tracking, and the ability to analyze contract changes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, economics or a related field.
• Eight (8)+ years of program finance, program control, or financial analysis experience.
• Experience building and maintaining program or task order P&L statements, burn reports, and financial forecasts.
• Experience supporting multiple concurrent task orders under a single contract vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Build and analyze profit and loss statements at task order and portfolio levels.
• Track burn against funding and period of performance for each task order.
• Monitor financial performance against budget and report variances.
• Review contract modifications for financial impact and staffing changes.
• Maintain financial models and documentation for leadership and customers.
• Prepare staffing, level of effort, and cost inputs to support pricing activities.
