Job summary

Automatic Data Processing, Inc. is seeking a Financial Planning & Analysis Analyst in Irvine, CA to partner with Finance, Supply Chain, and Operations to turn data into actionable insights that improve profitability and efficiency.

You will build models for sales forecasting, OpEx, and inventory planning, develop executive dashboards, and support leadership with ad hoc analyses. A 2–4 year finance analytics background and strong Excel/BI skills are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in finance, business analytics, operations finance, or supply chain analytics.
• Advanced Excel skills; experience with Domo, Power BI, Tableau and SQL preferred.
• Strong analytical and communication skills with the ability to translate data into recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Analyze customer, product, category, and operational data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Develop executive dashboards and reporting to communicate key drivers and insights.
• Present findings to Finance and senior leadership; support ad hoc analyses.
• Support forecasting, budgeting, and cost/variance analysis and treasury activities.
