Job summary

Teltrium, Inc. is seeking an experienced Program Financial Analyst to partner with program managers and leadership, strengthening forecasting, identifying financial risk, and turning complex financial data into actionable insights.

The ideal candidate combines hands-on program finance experience with strong knowledge of government contracting and is comfortable owning forecasts, estimates at completion, variance analysis, program reviews, and executive-level financial reporting.

Qualifications

Experience in government contracting or aerospace/defense program finance.
Proficient in EACs/ETCs, budgeting, FP&A, and variance analysis.
Strong Excel and financial modeling.
Ability to present financial results to program and business leadership.
Permanent residency.

Responsibilities

Own financial planning, forecasting, and analysis for government programs.
Develop and maintain EACs, ETCs, budgets, and forecasts.
Analyze actual performance vs plan and explain variances in cost, revenue, and schedule.
Partner with program managers on program performance and financial decisions.
Monitor funding, spending, revenue, and financial risks.
Prepare program financial reviews and executive-level reporting.
Support monthly and annual planning processes.
Perform financial modeling and ad hoc analyses.
Support contract financial management across firm-fixed-price (FFP) and cost-type contracts.
Improve financial processes, reporting, and forecast accuracy.
