Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance from a four-year college or university.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
• Power BI experience preferred.
• Thrives in a changing environment and communicates effectively at all levels.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and time-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with demanding deadlines.
• U.S. citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly/quarterly program forecast reviews.
• Perform budget variance analysis including ETC, EAC, and baseline analysis.
• Analyze and validate project costs and identify financial risks.
• Forecast sales and assist with revenue recognition and related contract reconciliations.
• Support program cost review meetings and present findings to senior management.
• Assist in internal/external financial audits and ad hoc analyses.
• Be available daily, including some evenings/weekends when needed.
