Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance from four-year college or university.
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Power Point, and Word.
• Power BI Experience (preferred).
• Thrives in a continuously changing environment.
• Ability to communicate with all levels of management effectively and respectfully, both verbally and written.
• Ability to solve problems using complex sources of data.
• Ability to understand and navigate multiple projects with demanding deadlines.
• Proven experience working in a team environment with all levels of management.
• Demonstrates critical thinking and analytical skills, while maintaining attention to detail and effective time management/organization.
• Experience with Government accounting requirements and various contract types (fixed price, cost plus, T&M, IDIQ, etc).
• U.S. citizenship (required).

Responsibilities

• Monthly/Quarterly program forecast reviews.
• Budget Variance analysis including Estimate To Complete (ETC), Estimate At Complete (EAC), and Budget Baseline analysis.
• Analyze and validate project costs; analyze project performance status and identify financial risks.
• Sales Forecasting.
• Assist and support the reconciliation of contracts for revenue recognition, funding, percent complete, customer billings, and CDRLs.
• Participate in project cost review meetings.
• Prepare presentations and host Program Financial Review meetings with senior management.
• Support financial audits as necessary.
• Prepare adhoc reports and analysis as necessary.
• Daily availability to include evenings and weekends when necessary to reach goals and deadlines.
